Inclusion

Links will provide support for any child/children with complex needs or learning difficulties to enable them to reach their full potential. Our SENDco (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator) is fully trained and always available to support and advise practitioners, families, carers and children.

We ensure that our inclusive admissions practice ensures equality of access and opportunity for everyone.

 

We liaise with other professionals involved with SEND children and their families including transfer arrangements to other settings and schools.

​

We use a system of planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reviewing individual learning plans for identified children. Our SENDco oversees the system and communicates to the team regarding specific targets and aims for children providing support where necessary.
